Jill A. Bertotti has spent her entire professional career in investor relations. Having joined A&C in 1990, she has over the years gained a strong working knowledge of investor relations and the day-to-day operations of the investment community. Her experience includes executing the investor relations programs for clients in a broad range of industry segments including telecommunications, medical devices, automotive, business services, software, technology and specialty chemical.

As a Director of the Outreach Group, Ms. Bertotti interacts with senior management to develop and execute the investor outreach components of our comprehensive investor relations programs, which are aimed at increasing company awareness and maximizing shareholder value. In addition, she provides a key interface with the financial community on a day-to-day basis and can communicate to senior management market opinions, attitudes and reactions to company issues.

In this role, Ms. Bertotti establishes and maintains regular contact with Wall Street analysts and institutional investors; manages and schedules investor conferences, roadshows and quarterly conference calls; develops corporate profiles, press releases and corporate presentations; conducts market research and competitive data analyses; and oversees media activities.

She has been responsible for and supervised all client warrant calls, including coordinating with reorganization departments of retail brokerage firms and communication with warrantholders.

Ms. Bertotti also assisted with the creation, maintained and managed A&C's proprietary data base of sell-side and buy-side analysts, institutional investors, key brokers and other investment influentials.

Ms. Bertotti is an honors graduate of California State University, Fullerton. She is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and resides in Huntington Beach, California with her family.
