Julian Beare is Managing Director of Allen & Caron Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Allen & Caron Inc based in London. He oversees the Allen & Caron office in London and coordinates the financial communications and investor relations programs for Allen & Caron clients seeking optimal exposure to investors and the media in the United Kingdom and the Continent of Europe, as well as clients from the UK and Continental Europe seeking exposure in the United States.

Beare is a veteran of more than 20 years in the financial services field in various locations around the world including Europe, Asia and Australia and is a qualified shipbroker. He has a broad range of experience in equities distribution to institutional investors and in linking corporations, both public and private, with investors throughout Europe and Asia. As Managing Director of the London office, he is focused on providing clients essential investor relations services, including day-to-day counsel to senior executives, outreach programs targeted at sell-side and buy-side professionals, planning investor conferences and road shows, organizing face-to-face meetings, and coordinating media coverage.

Prior to joining Allen & Caron Inc., Beare was responsible for establishing relationships with institutional investors and executing investor relations programs for clients of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in London, a major investment bank with offices in financial centers in key markets throughout the world. Prior to London, Beare worked in Frankfurt and was responsible for relationship management with German and other European institutional investors for Dresdner. He has also lived and worked extensively in Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Beare is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and a former Royal Marine. He resides in Sussex, England with his wife and three children.
