Len Hall is Vice President of Media Relations at Allen & Caron Inc. He is headquartered in the firm's Irvine, CA office and leads the development and execution of media relations programs for the agency's clients. His lengthy experience as an award-winning, print media journalist allows him to create and maintain strong relationships with editors and reporters nationwide. He is also the firm's chief media contact for its clients.

Hall works on planning client news, product features and media relations programs and has led the building of the firm�s media relations team, which currently consists of five media professionals. Hall uses his news writing background and corporate experience in developing messages, creating media pitches and drafting press releases. He has worked on national and international media campaigns for a variety of clients and has helped clients place stories at all levels of broadcast, print, wire service and online media.

He has been an editor, columnist and reporter covering a variety of beats, has worked in public affairs and served as media spokesman for a Fortune 200 company in a large metropolitan market. For three years prior to coming to Allen & Caron Inc, Hall worked for PacifiCare Health Systems, one of the nation's largest health maintenance organizations, and Tenet Healthcare, the nation's second largest hospital chain. He is also a former associate director of public affairs for CalOPTIMA, an Orange County, Calif. government agency that administers health care to more than 200,000 Medicaid beneficiaries.

Hall is a former staff writer for the Los Angeles Times, where he covered politics, local government, education and the environment. He wrote more than 3,000 news stories for the Times on subjects including schools, crime and local personalities and compiled a popular weekly political column. He won a Times editorial award for his political coverage.

Hall graduated from UCLA with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
