Michael Lucarelli, Director of Outreach, has 15 years of experience that includes Investor Relations, Public Relations, Corporate Finance and Brokerage. He maintains relationships with thousands of institutional investors in both the equity and debt markets internationally.

At Allen & Caron, with the goal of helping maximize clients' shareholder value, Lucarelli works with senior management to develop detailed investor relations programs that communicate each client's story to the investment community. He targets portfolio managers and analysts at buy- and sell-side institutions, both in the US and abroad, scheduling and managing investor meetings for the CEO and other senior-level members of management. Lucarelli also provides feedback from investors on these meetings, and advises clients on a variety of investor relations, public relations and media issues, including developing relationships with members of the investment community, specialists, editors, newsletters and conference organizers, as well as overseeing all conference calls and shareholder activities.

In addition, Lucarelli handles news dissemination, corporate backgrounders, presentations and collateral material for clients. He also works with the Allen & Caron media and clients' public relations departments in managing various investment related content in print, broadcast and online media.

Lucarelli began his career in Corporate Finance with Hambros Bank of London, and obtained his brokerage experience with Merrill Lynch. For the past 11 years, he has helped small-cap and micro-cap companies with their investor relations, public relations, and financial goals.

Before completing a Bachelor's of Science and a Master's in Business Administration in 1991, Lucarelli attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering as an Electrical Engineering student. Lucarelli resides in New York City and has completed advanced National Investor Relations Institute classes at New York University, as well as advanced writing classes at Marymount College.
