Based in Paris, Patrick Laurière serves Allen & Caron and its clients as a Senior Advisor for Investor Relations. A veteran of the financial services industry with experience at such firms as JP Morgan and Kleinwort Benson Securities, he is responsible for the coordination and implementation of investor relations programs in Continental Europe for Allen & Caron clients based in Europe, North America and Asia.

Laurière has spent more than 20 years in the financial services field, primarily in Paris and London. He has sales and regulatory experience in a variety of international markets, including London, New York, Paris, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Malaysia and India. He is knowledgeable in the essentials of investor relations including the organization of investor road shows, and he has a network of relationships with institutional investors and financial analysts in the key financial centers of Europe.

Prior to his current role with Allen & Caron, Laurière spent two years with Phillip Securities in Paris, an integrated financial services group headquartered in Singapore that was focused on developing partnerships with institutional brokerage firms in France. Before that he spent four years with Oddo Pinatton Equities in Paris where his duties included new business development with UK institutional clients. Earlier, in London, he worked for three years with J.P. Morgan and four years for Kleinwort Benson Securities as an Indian and Asian equities specialist for his European institutional client base. Prior to that he spent more than seven years in Paris and London with two firms where he specialized in the sale of Asian stocks and convertible bonds to institutional investors. While in London, Laurière was an FSA Registered General Representative.

Laurière has a Baccalauréat degree in mathematics and physics and a business degree from ISG Paris.

He lives with his family in Levallois-Perret, a suburb of Paris.
