Terra Nova Royalty Corporation (NYSE:TTT), formerly known as KHD Humboldt Wedag International, focuses on the mineral royalty business, building on an ongoing royalty from a mine in northern Canada.  In addition to its current assets, TTT will focus on (1) acquiring additional existing mineral royalties; (2) providing capital for the exploration, development and construction of iron and other metals mines in exchange for royalties; (3) monetizing metal by-product streams from either operating mines or projects under development; and (4) providing acquisition financing to established companies in return for a royalty on acquired properties.

The Company participates in a passive royalty interest which consists of a mining sub-lease of the Wabash iron ore mine in Newfoundland which runs to 2055.  The Wabash mine is operated by Cliffs Natural Resources which pays royalties to Terra Nova based upon the amount of iron ore shipped.   Terra Nova also owns 72% of KHD Humboldt Wedag International and, pursuant to a publicly announced plan of distribution, will distribute those share to its shareholders from time to time in a tax efficient manner.
